ProBankruptcy Assistants (“PBA”) can provide paralegal support for Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy proceedings, e.g., drafting of motions and objections. PBA helps clients manage costs throughout the process by providing support only when needed.

We charge an hourly rate of $35.00. There will be additional charges for non-typing work, such as faxing.
